What is AgentXAgentX is an online website which allows real estate agents and property owners to engage in discussions prior to putting a property on the market.
Are you affiliated with any real estate agency?
NO. AgentX is an independent website. We have ZERO affiliation or association with any real estate agency or real estate agent.
Where did the idea come from?
Matthew Skilton the owner of AgentX has been building property related websites for over 5 years. He identified a lot more property owners were looking for quality real estate agents online.
How is AgentX different from going in person to meet a real estate agent?
You could just walk down the road and visit your local real estate agency, however AgentX puts you in contact with many real estate agents in your local area. You're able to interact with multiple real estate agents at the same time anonymously online before making any commitment.
Does it cost me anything?
NO. If you're the property owner it costs absolutely nothing to find a real estate agent using AgentX.
How do you make any money?
We charge the real estate agent a small finder's fee once the property has sold.
Are there any commitments I have to make?
Absolutely not. Once you have listed on AgentX you are not committed to using a real estate agent on AgentX. All we ask is if you found your agent using AgentX then let us know when the property has been sold so we can get paid!
Can I write some Feedback about the Agent I used?
YES. Once the property has been sold you can login to your account and provide some feedback about the agent.
